I’m looking forward to working together and bringing your special piece to life. Please take a moment to read the information below to have an idea about pricing, materials, timeline etc! 

If placing an order through the website, please send me an email or direct message on Instagram giving me all the details to what you're desiring in your piece(s) as well as any photos or items you are wanting included in it!

Wholesale pricing and product quantities are available - Please send me a direct message to discuss all wholesale needs. 

Currently at ABHR we offer a wide range of products and are always open for creating new products that suit your customizable needs! All products currently offered on the website are able to be fully customizable. Feel free to send me a direct message to inquire about any products not featured on our website that you are looking to have created.

Timeline

Turn around time is currently 1-3 business days. Depending on the size of order and need to source extra materials this is subject to change. All additional time needed will be discussed transparently before order is paid for to determine I can accomplish your creation in your needed time frame! Progress photos and final product photos are always sent for confirmation that the piece is to your liking.

Payment

Before starting a custom I do request the order be paid in full if possible, but I understand with the COVID 19 pandemic, this might not always be available for a customer! I want my work to be accessible to all, so currently I offer 2 options for payment plans.

  • If the custom order is totaling over $50 I require a 50% down payment with the remainder to be payed upon completion and your approval of the piece(s)
  • If the custom order is totaling below $50 I require a 20% down payment with the remainder to be payed upon completion and your approval of the piece(s)

All payments have a 2 week grace period unless discussed otherwise. If invoice has not been paid within agreed time frame the item(s) will be either put back into the shop or resold!

If you are inquiring about purchasing from my shop for pre made ready to ship items, there is a 48 hour hold available. 50% of payment must be sent upon requesting hold and if invoice is not paid within 48 hours the item will be put back into the shop!

In the previous years I have withheld from asking for down payments as I understand the uncertainty of income during this difficult time. Sadly this did result in lost material, time and work due to lack of payment arriving on time. Thank you for understanding!

Shipping

All shipping costs must be covered by customer. I always make sure orders are wrapped carefully and protected to ensure no damage in shipping process and work with my local post office to bring you guys the cheapest & fastest shipping available! All orders include free goodies and a surprise discount code to use on your next purchase!

Keychain orders under 4 DO NOT come with tracking unless requested. All other orders will always include tracking numbers and insurance coverage.

These are my current BASE prices, and are subject to change due to weight and location.

Canadian shipping

  • Keychains - $4.50
  • Pieces - $16.50

International shipping:

  • Keychains - $8.50
  • Pieces - $21.50

If your package sadly arrives with any damage please contact me and I will happily fix or replace the item. The customer is required to pay for shipment of replacement item.
