Here are a few questions I’ve been asked over the last few years! If you do not see an answer to your question please do not hesitate to reach out and ask!

Q: Id like to purchase something and am local to the area. How would I go about purchasing or picking up?

A: You can place a direct order through my site and select “Local Pickup” once you’ve reached your checkout. Or send me an email/direct message about which piece/custom you would like and we can work together to set up payment and pickup times!

Q: Do you offer international shipping?

A: Yes I do! If you do not see your country listed when checking out please send me a direct email to confirm posting. All prices are based by Shopify and Canada Post.

Q: How do I go about ordering a custom piece?

A: Please checkout my “Commission Work” tab for all answers about ordering custom work! If there is something you’d like to inquire about having created that isn’t listed on this page feel free to send me a direct message or email!

Q: Do you offer gift wrapping?

A: Yes I do! Simply leave a comment before checking out or send me a direct message or email to include gift wrapping, personalized notes etc.

Q: What happens if my package is lost or stolen?

A: I sadly do not have any control over lost or stolen packages. Please contact me immediately if you believe your package is lost as there is a time frame I can contact my local courier in to search for it. I do not replace any lost or stolen items. Thank you for understanding!

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?

A: Currently I accept Etransfer, PayPal and all debit & credit cards
