Our standard timeline when there is no need for drying your flowers is about 1-2 months. This can be dependent on current order list, sourcing extra supplies for a specific order you have or if you need flowers dried than time can be added on. All of this will be discussed before any payments are made to ensure you approve of the timeline!

Absolutely! We are located in Ontario Canada but service all around the globe. ABHR is proud to have created memorial work for 30+ US states, Europe, Asia and Australia.

Absolutely yes! All of our floral preservation items such as 3D shaped blocks, handled trays and add on products can be used to create you something with any special flowers that aren't from a wedding. We also have specially made items dedicated just for memorials such as our unique urn, photo display's, pyramids, pregnancy goddesses and more.

Memorial keepsakes are not just another service added to the ABHR list. They are the very base core of our business. We are dedicated to creating everlasting keepsakes that will keep our loved ones preserved forever. This is a personal service offered from the heart. As someone who has lost a tremendous amount of close friends, family and loved ones all around I needed my own outlet to grieve. This came from creating special memory keepsakes for each person lost along the way.

When it comes to items such as ashes I usually suggest about 3-5 tablespoons sealed in a plastic baggie to ensure safety in travel. Breast milk usually about 5 OZ is plenty depending on the project but more might be requested. As for items such as hair and fur, a handful or 2 will usually suffice. This all depends on how large the project is.

We have plenty of cost friendly items available for all your memorial keepsakes. Starting with our jewelry collection, paw print & letter keychains, urn and photo frames and more. We offer a full range of functional and statement pieces that are reasonably priced to suit any budget.

We also offer reasonably priced package deals. We are always open to make small adjustments or substitutions for our packages or a specially requested order needed. Throughout my 5+ years of preserving loved ones I haven't come across anything I cant preserve for you. Clothing,. ashes, photos, jewelry, notes, flowers and more. Unless previously stated otherwise your piece or package does not include return shipping in its total cost. Shipping ranges from $15.50 onward depending on the size of your order. The average return shipping is $25

Unfortunately we do not cover any lost or stolen packages. Once your items have left our studio and proper tracking has ben provided ABHR is not liable for any further action of product. There is no refund permitted. We are happy to work with you and any remaining inclusions you have left to makeup for product with additional charges applied.

When going through the process of a memorial keepsake there is extensive communication back and forth. ABHR prides itself on offering payment plans adjustable for all budgets and open timelines for payment to be made. Please let us know at the beginning of your order if you will be needing a payment plan set up for your order. The $50 deposit is non refundable as this holds your spot for requested custom work and takes away from another client able to reserve a spot on our books. Orders that have not been completed and gone unpaid for more than 30 days without communication will be removed from ABHR custom list. Items that have not been paid within 30 days and are completed will be charged a $20 weekly shelf fee unless communication has been made for a timeline best suited for the client. Item(s) will not be shipped or available for pickup until full invoice is paid. After 90 days item will be thrown out.
